Sherri Stout Faamuli
Sherri is the writer and artist behind The Cardinal and Dove. For decades, her creative work brought color and joy to families through gentle, imaginative design. Over time, her creative path grew quieter and more intentional, turning from celebration alone toward reflection on the Giver of life Himself.
The Cardinal and Dove was born from that shift—a desire to listen more closely for God’s voice and to share Scripture-rooted stories that point to His nearness. Drawing from the Bible, nature, and a lifelong love of art, Sherri creates words and images meant to offer peace, light, and gentle invitation, encouraging others to walk closely with God.
Paul Faamuli
Paul offers spiritual guidance and creative insight to The Cardinal and Dove. A lifelong follower of Christ, he has shared the gospel through service, counsel, and prayer in many settings, both near and far. His faith has been lived out quietly and consistently, marked by compassion, hospitality, and a deep love for Scripture.
Paul also finds joy in nature and photography, often pairing images of God’s creation with Scripture as simple reminders of His presence and faithfulness.
